International Shipping

That is up to us to decided if we ship to the rest of the world. Since Brexit, it has been a lot harder to ship to the EU so we only do it on a case per case basis.

Collection

We offer the option of collecting your item from our store. If you would like to do this please select at time of ordering or contact us first to arrange a collection date/time.

Non-Delivery / Lost Parcels

Any non-delivery must be reported to us as soon as possible in order for us to make necessary enquiries with our couriers. For UK deliveries, if you have not received your order within 5 working days from despatch then please contact us right away. For all international deliveries, we recommend you follow any tracking information provided and report to us immediately if you notice any problems.

Returns

If you need to return a product, either for exchange or refund, you need to first contact us to get a returns number and register the return. This means we can process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If an item was supplied to you in error, is incomplete or faulty, please contact as soon as possible.

Please contact us within 14 working days if you are returning an item, and then send the item back to us within 14 days. We will then refund you within 14 days. That’s a lot of 14 days… In all cases, products returned must be new, unused, unmarked and in the original packaging for a refund of the full value of the product, that is so that we don’t loose too much money.

Items that are not elegible for returns are:

  • Items that have been used/installed
  • Carabiners, for safety issues
  • Maillons, for safety issues
  • Helmets, for safety issues
