Progression and fun
The Spantik is the result of over a year of design and development, with our new team : an original wing, easy to use , efficient , lightweight and compact.
This wing is aimed at a wide range of pilots , from the intermediate pilot looking to improve his skills in safety, to the most experienced pilots looking for a simple but high performance wing which will allow him to fly cross-country, hike or bivouac or even just having fun.
The NERVURES idea begins in the carrying: low weight and good compactness, thanks to our choice of PORCHER Skytex (38, 32 and 27 g / m²) which is now widely proven as a reliable material.
Pre-flight wing preparation is facilitated by a simple suspension scheme and the quality of lines used which offer good fluidity (less lightly to entangle).
In zero or light wind the wing rises with lightness and stabilizes easily without tendency to overshoot; with stronger wind the spantik needs only a little control from the pilot when arriving above the head.
The brake travel is important and provides access to a wide variety of flight regimes. The response is precise and effective in the first 30-40 centimetres. Good efficiency in yaw effect makes very effective thermal flying. It accepts easily slow flight. The flare is generous and predictable.
The speed system is identical to that the DIAMIR. Without significantly degrading the glide ratio, it provides good stability and good resistance to turbulence. The ball bearing blocks provide flexibility for active control in longer transitions.
All these advantages make this glider an original and pleasant companion in the sky. Thanks to its low weight and small package volume whether used for on site, hike and fly or traveling, the Spantik will follow you everywhere, including in aircraft hand luggage!
Spantik Paramotor (PM)
The Paramotor SPANTIK is for pilots undergoing training as well as the more experienced looking for a safe and efficient wing. This wing is equipped with a semi-reflex profile whose suspension, lifts and controls have been completely redesigned for engine flight.
Accessories and options
The Spantik comes in a sub- protective bag, along with our lightweight dual accelerator bar mounted on two aluminium Charly split fangs, flight manual, a small repair kit and a carrying bag.
When ordering, specify the rucksack required.
We advise you to choose from: Mountain bag 90 litres, Bivouac 110 litres or 150 litres (default).
The Spantik is equipped with strap elevators, on request it can be equipped with Dyneema elevators knotted (weight: 200g). A dyneema wrapped top line is also offered at no extra charge (1.1 mm instead of 0.8) to give more confidence to all those intending aggressive take-offs.

Paramotor Version Information
Inflation of the Paramotor Spantik is facilitated by the rushes in the leading edge. It does not tend to overtake the pilot, making it easier to take off. Once unstuck wing performance allows a reduction of gas for a stable climb without forcing the engine. Its qualities in flight allow it a good use of the air mass and optimization of navigation. Turbulence is dampened by the architecture of the wing. The engine thermal flight cut is particularly effective with this sail.
The navigation is ideally mid-trims, a position that offers a steady speed around 45km / h with an engine speed equivalent to a flight level arm high.
The Paramotor Spantik also allows you to have fun on faster evolutions with tight turns. The accelerator coupled to the trimmers allows a dynamic flight opening a significant margin of progression to the drivers while maintaining a comfortable margin of safety. The use of TST secondary commands is fully effective in this configuration.
The catch of ground is easy, with turns not degrading too much the rate of fall and the rounding after a classic catch of speed ensures a posed smoothly.

SPANTIK retains the V-shaped intrados system coupled with four-row diagonal partitions.
The anchor points are reinforced and returned to the wing to optimize the drag.
The technology of the rushes in the leading edge was retained with a ringlock system plated on the rib. This device eliminates the stress concentrations, the risks of degradation by abrasion and the hard points likely to generate restraint lines.
The adoption of the rushes has been associated with an innovative cutting of the junctions between leading edge, decoration and extrados whose effect on the surface condition of the extrados is remarkable.
A reinforcement polyamide ring on the last row completes the transmission of forces and contributes to good behavior at high incidences.
The high suspension is made of sheathed Dyneema ensuring a good compromise between resistance and service life.
The low line is made of Aramid.
With more than 100 meters less suspension compared to an FAIAL of equivalent size, the gain in line drag is very significant (of the order of 25%). This is particularly the case when flights are damaged or accelerated.
The NERVURES team chose to stay in 4 rows in order to reconcile the lightness and stability of the behaviors throughout a lifetime corresponding to the usual criteria.
The strap risers are made in a stable and lightweight 15mm strap. The best deck hardware has been selected:
- Ball pulleys for accelerator,
- Splined accelerator halyard with split fangs “Charly”,
- Lightweight ergonomic handles fixed by magnets,
- TST coupled with brakes.
