Reduced Width Design

Our helmet features a reduced shell width, providing two significant benefits:

• Lower weight

• Reduced air resistance

Note: Due to the single shell size, the maximum head circumference is 61 cm (Size XL).

Polycarbonate Shell Construction

Crafted from 3 mm thick polycarbonate, the shell offers:

• Excellent strength

• Minimal weight
  This material is ideal for pilots who value safety without compromising comfort during long flights.

Enhanced Safety with Reinforced Polystyrene

Inside the helmet, reinforced polystyrene with an added polycarbonate layer meets the E.N. 966 safety certification for free flight and microlight aviation. This ensures durability and superior penetration resistance.

Optimized Airflow System

• Integrated ventilation channels between the shell and polystyrene

• Adjustable air intake, operable with one hand while flying

This airflow system maintains comfort and reduces fogging inside the helmet.

Sizes & Fit

Available in 3 sizes, each with an adjustable sizing wheel:

• S (53–56 cm) = XS–S

• M (57–59 cm) = M–L

• L (60–61 cm) = L–XL

Helmet size corresponds to the inner padding circumference in cm.

Interchangeable Internal Padding

Our helmet comes with removable and washable internal padding, customized for a perfect fit:

• Padding can be replaced for a different size

• Includes wheel regulator for fine adjustments

• Free padding replacement available from Icaro if the fit isn’t perfect — regardless of where you purchased it
